Evenings and Weekends
Your location should have a list of the types of problems you can report to Main Library Circulation Dept evenings or weekends so Main Circ staff can page IT staff. The IT person who is paged will contact other IT staff as needed. Among the types of problems listed are:
OhioLINK EJC, ISI, DMC, ETD, Dataware databases, etc. Laura, Nancy and I have a phone number we can page OhioLINK staff if a database is down evenings or weekends. All other database and e-journal problems must be reported to the database provider by SER staff during normal business hours. Don't know if a database is provided by OhioLINK?
