 (Note that the Internal error code might be slightly different.) When this happens, Click OK (which makes this box disappear) and immediately click OK on the login screen to try to log in again. Do NOT change your user name or re-type your password. If you get this error a second time, Click OK, and then from your login screen, click on Shutdown, and then Shutdown and Restart. Your pc should then restart. When your pc comes back up, go ahead and try to log in again. It should work. Whatever you do, do NOT click on the "Workstation Only" box. (This box should appear on your initial login screen, although for some reason, some pcs don’t have this setting turned on.) When you login as "workstation only", you have absolutely no network connectivity (no email, Felix, Internet, Passport, networked printng, etc.). The only thing you have access to is the software which is loaded entirely on your pc (which is basically just the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc). While you may be able to create totally new documents, you can not access anything you’ve already written, print to the lasers, nor can you store newly completed documents on Thurber. You could store these new documents on your hard drive, but be sure you copy them over to Thurber as soon as possible. (Remember, anything that is solely on your hard drive will be lost should your pc be re-imaged.)
