- Pull streamers from the serials and photocopy the call number and barcode. Several streamers may be photocopied on each sheet.
- Return the streamers to the correct issue and re-box the serial.
- Place the photocopies, as a group, in order at the front of the box. Add the light blue colored STX streamer (saved on SCCAT group space) at the front of the stack of photocopies.
- Be sure the title of the serial, call number and issue numbers are on the box.
- Make arrangements with STX to pick up the serials.
- STX will add the storage barcode to the box and attach this to each of the item records.
