Minutes
March 8, 2001

Present: Carol Diedrichs, Mel Ankeny, Kim Clarke (LAW), Lynda Hartel (HEA), Linda Krikos, Bruce Leach, Pred Matejic, Penny Pearson, Chuck Popovich, Mary Scott, Susan Wyngaard

The Council reviewed a spreadsheet with statistics from OhioLINK on the statewide cost per search for reference databases. No action was taken.

Carol distributed a handout reviewing the status of the Book Depository (STX) and the Main Library collection. The Council reviewed the recommendations for priority and disposition of each transfer project. These recommendations are currently being discussed in various committees. No action was taken.

The council reviewed the remaining one-time budget requests submitted by collection managers and made recommendations for purchase.
