The agenda thus far includes:

  1. Jim Bracken on the materials budget

  2. Martin Jamison and Wes Boomgaarden on the Technical Services Committee (TSC)-generated action on the procedures for handling disks that accompany monographs. (See the minutes of the TSC meeting of 8/11/05 and an excerpt from the Public Services meeting of 5/17/05 for background.) Wes will also introduce and guage interest in the topic of "retention of book jackets on publishers'-edition hard-cover volumes, using a Mylar-type covering."

  3. Marsha Hamilton with updates on monographic spending now at 25%+ and the need to slow down; plus Millennium training.

  4. Trisha Davis on how continuations look.

  5. Graham Walden on IFLA in Oslo.
