The agenda is bifurcated (at least).

1. Sally Rogers will talk about
   1. "directions we are going with implementing III's Millennium Acquisition system and potential impact on TS workflows and output": and
   2. "the changes we are making in IT."
2. The remainder of the meeting will be a discussion of "Formula-Based Allocation: A Review of the Literature," a report submitted by members of a CAC sub-committee including Eleanor Block, Miriam Conteh-Morgan, Jose Diaz, Danny Dotson, Marsha Hamilton, Bruce Leach, Sarah Murphy, and Graham Walden. Jose has agreed to lead the discussion. The paper is attached. It is also in the CAC space on the w: drive.

Please bring your own copies.

Note the recommendations on pp. 5-6 suggesting that, if we decide to proceed, we should appoint "a steering committee" and conduct "a pilot" to "test" various formulae. Please come with some thoughts on this.
