Convened quarterly by the Assistant Director for Collections, Instruction, and Public Services (CIPS), Collection Managers' Forum (CMF) bring together faculty and staff who are involved in managing the Libraries' content as well as its content-dependent services. The purpose of the CMF is primarily informational. The agenda may include open-ended and focused discussions and presentations on items related to content management policies and practices reflecting the priorities and needs of the University's community. In general, items on the CMF agenda are first vetted in monthly meetings of the Collections Advisory Council (CAC). Items for CMF agendas may be submitted to the CIPS Assistant Director or to any member of CAC at any time.
