If the item is a thesis or a revision of a thesis and contains a formal note, this should be recorded according to the examples given below.
Examples:

504 Bibliography note
Notes indicating the presence of bibliographical matter should be recorded as part of the catalog record, using the standard note:
Examples:
Includes bibliographical references.
When the book has a single bibliography, include its pagination in parenthesis:
Includes bibliographical references (p. 310-311).
However, do not change or delete other types of bibliographical notes on copy.
