245 Statement of Responsibility ($c)

The "statement of responsibility" (245c) should include any of the following types of contributors appearing on the title page: authors, editors, compilers, illustrators, translators, commentators, sponsors

245 Title and subtitle ($b)

1^st Indicator (=1 if 1xx field is present, = 0 if no 1xx field; related to title added entry)

2nd Indicator (skip no. of characters = matches what is needed for title, e.g. 4 for "The ")

edit ONLY for obvious typos (e.g. spelling, punctuation) or to complete CIP
