GMU Speech Accent Archive
The speech accent archive uniformly presents a large set of speech samples from a variety of language backgrounds. Native and non-native speakers of English read the same paragraph and are carefully transcribed. The archive is used by people who wish to compare and analyze the accents of different English speakers.

International Phonetic Association Chart
Also includes charts of IPA numbers and the Symbols for Disordered Speech.

Phonetics Flash Animation Project (UIowa)
This site contains animated libraries of the phonetic sounds of English, German and Spanish. Available for each consonant and vowel is an animated articulatory diagram, a step-by-step description, and video-audio of the sound spoken in context.

Speech Internet Dictionary
Aims to “provide concise definitions of technical terms used in phonetics, phonology, speech and hearing science and allied disciplines.”
