1. Review of current allocations -- Collection managers have been asked to review the current allocations to their serial and monograph budgets and make requests for additional funding or changes in funding. These reports are due from each collection manager today, 4/2/01. They will be reviewed by the Collections Advisory Council at its meeting on 4/12/01. It is expected that we will be able to use redirected funding within the materials budget to address these needs. In particular, there has been no money added to monograph funds in many years and new serials have been added primarily in cases where other titles have been cancelled. We hope to put the approved changes into effect with the FY02 allocations. budgtrev.htm 2. An additional round on one-time funding was completed in March. The approved purchases can be found at: 1stm3801.htm. 3. The pilot "I am an Electronic Resource" Tour was held the last week of March. Excellent feedback was received from the attendees. Lisa Iacobellis will be working on a schedule for future tours.
