Timesheet Submission Change

Student employees must submit their timesheet after they clock out on the last day of their workweek but no later than midnight Saturday

Student employees must submit their timesheets to the supervisor on the last work day of the week through the web (Student employees clock out on a designated computer in the library location and submit their timesheet). The employee must submit the timesheet only after clocking out for the week. Submitting before the final clock out will not allow the employee to clock out for the day. Employees who have not submitted a timesheet by Friday should receive an automatic email reminder to do so.

Supervisors of student employees must review, edit as needed and approve timesheets before 10:00 am Monday. If possible do it before Monday. Remember to SAVE any changes before approving.

Incident Report

  1. Go to the website: http://library.osu.edu/sites/security
  2. Click on "Employee Area"
  3. Click on "Incident Report"
  4. Fill out as much information as possible on the report.
  5. The section of the report that has Witness#1 and Witness#2 must be filled out with names and telephone numbers and the section that has the person submitting the report must have their name, telephone and email filled out before submitting it.
  6. Click on submit.
