Ohio State University Libraries
Training/Conference Opportunities for Employees
Supervisor's approval is required for attendance at any training session; a $ following the organization or course name indicates that there will be a charge for the training. That charge will be paid by the Libraries if the information gained from the training will be directly applicable to your work performance.
Monthly calendars show the training and/or conference opportunities that are available during that time. Click on the appropriate month to see what is available. NOTE: With Netscape, you will be able to see the name of the training session, etc., but if you want to link to a description of the event, you will need to use Internet Explorer.
In the calendars, Color codes have been used to identify the following organizations:
- The Computer Workshop $--The classes here will be held from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. during the day, or on two evenings from 6:00-9:30 p.m.. The latter are identified with (1) and (2) following the class name. Clicking on the first letter of the class name will take you to a description of the topics covered by the class. Contact Marilyn Willhoff to register (2-4241). (Map)
