Cannot work at all on any PC until it is resolved
{If you do not receive a response from IT within 1 Hour call 8-4310; if no answer call the IT/CSS pager, 201-2007}
Cannot do a critical task (e.g. to meet a deadline) until it is resolved
Can do some tasks but not others until it is resolved
Can work but problem is an annoyance
Not really a problem but would be nice if could be done
