Patents and Trademarks

 Assistance with searching patents is available Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Patent and trademark searching is available online at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Keyword searching of patents via the USPTO site begins with 1976; older patents are searchable by patent number and class only. Also, you may want to try a Google Patent Search.
