- Faculty and Staff Salaries
- See Faculty and Staff Salaries, the latest copy of which is
kept on Closed Reserve in the Main Library. These volumes do not
include salaries for those in the Colleges of Medicine and Allied
Health. These salary books are put out by Karen Nokes in the Human
Resources Dept. At 614-292-3707. Questions about medical salaries
and other questions can be referred to her. As of 10/9/01 these
salary books are not online in any form. Patrons from out of town
who want multiple salaries, should be referred to her. For previous
years' salaries, see the University Archives, 2700 Kenny Rd.,
292-2409.
- Former OSU Students
- For former graduates, call Alumni Information Center, 292-8306.
The Center can no longer give out addresses or telephone number of
graduates. However, they will tell an inquirer whether they have an
address for the person, and if so, will forward a letter from the
inquirer to the graduate in question. The center will not give out
information on lists of people. For business and schools the center
will verify degrees obtained but the inquirer should call the
Registrar's Office at 614-292-8244 for official verification and an
official transcript.
For former students who may not have graduated, call the
Registrar's Office and they will verify that the student attended
OSU and whether or not they graduated. For a cumulative list of all
graduates through 1986 with addresses, see: Alumni Membership
Directory (Main Reference LD4221O321986).
- Former OSU Faculty
- Many former faculty were well-known on campus and may have had
articles written about them in the Alumni Monthly. Main
Library Reference has a card index to the Alumni Monthly from
early days until the mid-70's and this can be checked to see if any
articles were written about a particular former faculty member from
this period. Also, call University Archives at 614-292-2409. If the
faculty member was here more recently, information might be obtained
from the Department as to whereabouts, etc. Former faculty can also
be approached through the usual biographical sources.
