all orders are subject to prior sale: All of the items listed here are numbered and signed limited editions;
once the last copy is sold, there are no more.
Payment
We accept checks or money orders. Libraries and institutions may submit purchase orders. Prices are net in US dollars
and include all appropriate sales taxes.
Dealer Discounts
Dealers should inquire about discounts. There is no dealer discount on new or forthcoming titles.Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped by insured UPS and free of any charges. All international orders will be shipped at theresponsibility of the client and all shipping costs will be added to the order. Our labor and shipping materials are free.
Return Policy
Any book can be returned in the same condition as received at any time for any reason – safe
return shipment is client’s responsibility. We ask that you notify us before returning any item.
