Newly observed rotational transitions of chlorine dioxide, OClO. oclo-new.jms is a file in ASCII format. oclo-new.wpd has the same content. In addition, it contains format information used by the program WordPerfect in the version 7.0 for Windows95. The files contain parts of the output files from four OClO fits: the (000), (100), (010) & (020), and the (001) states. Both O(35)ClO and O(37)ClO have been fit together, see the article for details. The files were generated by the program SPFIT using respective line and parameter files as input. The columns indicate: line number; N, K_a, K_c, isotopomer or vibrational state, J, and F of the upper rotational state; N, K_a, K_c, isotopomer or vibrational state, J, F of the lower rotational state; experimental frequency (MHz), calculated frequency, observed minus calculated frequency, uncertainty, and estimated uncertainty from the fit (all in MHz) for each individual line; in the case of blended lines the additional columns give the average calculated frequency, the difference between observed and calculated average frequency, and the weight of each individual line. In the case of the (000), (100), and (001) 0 in column 5 and 11 refers to O(35)ClO, 1 to O(37)ClO. In the case of the (010) & (020) fit 2 refers to (010) O(35)ClO, 3 to (010) O(37)ClO, 4 to (020) O(35)ClO, and 5 to (020) O(37)ClO.
