The supplementary data for this manuscript are provided in two zip files, disc 1 and disc 2. 

  Here are some useful informations concerning the files contained 
in the diskettes. 

  The files fk_l_p contain the formulas for the unitless Dunham y(k,l,p) 
coefficients with l>1 in terms of u[k,0]=y(k,0,2k-2) and u[k,1]=y(k,1,2k+2). 
The expressions y(k,l,p) with p=2k+4l-2 are the leading terms of y(k,l) 
expressions (Equation [12] in article of M.Rytel and T.Rytel) and these 
with p>2k+4l-2 are its further contributions.
  Two diskettes contain the formulas up to (k+l)=10.

  All files are directly readable in MapleV Rel.3; after the reading
of the file fk_l_p, the obtained expression has the assigned name yk_l_p. 
The files may also be read by some text editors.
