Step 1

Choose File, then Print and this window will appear.

Step 2

Select Plotter from the Printer pull-down menu

Step 3

In the Scale Print Size box, select Scale to Fit Media

Step 4

Select the Page Setup button and this menu will appear

Step 5

From the Format for pull-down menu, select Plotter

Step 6

In the Paper Size pull-down menu, select the desired paper size that corresponds to the size chart located above the plotter machine in the lab.

Correct paper sizes should be either : ANSI or ARCH

If an incorrect paper size is choosen, then an error message will display that the job will cost $15,000.

Step 7

Make sure that the paper size and format are correct, then select Print
