Step 1

From the File menu, select Print and this window will appear

Step 2

From the Format for pull-down menu, select Plotter

Step 3

In the Options box, select Fit to Page

Step 4

In the Media box, select the correct paper size that corresponds to the size chart located above the plotter machine in the lab.

Correct paper sizes should be either : ANSI or ARCH

If an incorrect paper size is choosen, then an error message will display that the job will cost $15,000.

Step 5

Click on Page Setup then this box will pop-up. Select Continue

Step 6

From the Format for pull-down menu, select Plotter and make sure that the paper size is correct

Step 7

Make sure everything is correct then click Print
