to full-text retrieval resources.
Latin American Government Documents Archive (LAGDA)
Electronic archive of ministerial and presidential documents from 18 Latin American and Caribbean countries, comprising 300 government ministries and presidential offices. Document collecting began on multiple dates in 2005 and 2006, and will continue with regularly scheduled captures.
Latin American Open Archives Portal (LAOAP)
An online archive of social sciences grey literature produced in Latin America, this portal provides access to working documents, pre-prints, research papers, statistical documents, and other difficult-to-access materials from the "deep Web."  Typically, this content is published by research institutes, non-governmental organizations, and peripheral agencies that are not controlled by commercial publishers.
