Problems Opening PDFs on Public Computers
Symptom: PDF does not open and a message displays that all Adobe licenses are in use.
Work around: Right click the link, choose "open with" and find Adobe Reader in the list.
The public computers have the OIT lab image and the above problem happens when the mapping goes to Adobe's Creative Suite rather than to Adobe Reader. OIT is fixing the problem.
