Electronic journals are journals whose articles are published and distributed online. Some are made freely available on the internet others are licensed to the OSU Libraries through a subscription fee. Many of the licensed journals are also available in print in the Libraries. Restrictions apply to those journals which are licensed and remote access to these journals is limited to students, staff, and faculty at the Ohio State University. Some are further restricted to the Columbus campus only. All the titles are available to those who come to the library.
OSU Libraries Catalog and the catalog of electronic journals Most of the electronic journals licensed to the OSU Libraries can be accessed through the WWW version of the OSU Libraries Catalog, just do a title search for the journal of interest. There is a searchable subset of the OSU Libraries Catalog that contains only the electronic journals records.
