Digital Collection Permissions Request

Any party wishing to use Materials from any of the Ohio State University's digital collections, for any purpose other than the limited purposes identified in the Terms of Use, must request and receive prior written approval from OSU and/or the copyright owner. Permission shall be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of OSU and/or the copyright owner. The Ohio State University reserves the right not to grant permission to use its Materials, and does not grant permission to use Materials of third parties. If OSU does not hold the copyright to the Materials for which permission is requested, it will provide whatever copyright information is available. A usage fee may be charged depending on the nature and type of the proposed use.
