Requesting service
Complete one of the forms below to make your course eReserves request.Email us a completed excel spreadsheet with your request
eReserve Request Form
After downloading and completing this spreadsheet, email it to the eReserves Office at libeReserves@osu.edu. Please remember to keep a copy of the form for your records. You can also update and reuse the Excel form in the future.
NOTES: If you have problems with the copy/paste function and our Excel file - please type directly into the box instead. Excel has problems with pasting large amounts of data into a field.
