CJK RECORD SPECIFICATIONS FOR OCLC

Questions
Does the matching program look for a match in the 019 field as well as 001 field?
Can the program match on 001 and the 260 field for date of publication and give us a list of our records where date does not match WorldCat record? Cost?
Customized reports listed below.
Will it be helpful to split the file between those with 880s and those without?
CHINESE RECORDS (WITH 880s) (Pinyin conversion using option 4 – return WorldCat records except when OSU record has 880 and WorldCat does not)
1. Use OCLC number "001 field" for matching bib records in addition to the date in 260 field.
2. OCLC will map the following fields from our local records to the WorldCat record:
035 which will have a format of .bxxxxxxxx.

3. 880 fields - If OSUL record has an 880 and World Cat record does not, convert our record and return OSUL records to us in a separate file.
We would like our quotation to include cost of the following customized reports:
1. List of our records that have 880s when matching WorldCat record does not have 880. List by 035 (.bxxxxxxxx no.) and titles
2. List of our records by 035 and title? where date in 260 field does not match WorldCat record.
