Tingting Lu can assist Libraries faculty and staff with the following tasks. These services are offered to OSUL only at this time. 1. Instructional content and multimedia production.
   
   • Software:  Macromedia Studio 8 (PC), Adobe Design CS3 (iMac); Captivate 4; screen capture programs.
   • Equipment: iMac and PC laptop loaded with software for audio and video editing, analog-digital video conversion
   • Software:  Adobe Premiere Pro CS3, Audacity, GarageBand, iMovie, Final Cut Pro
2. Usability consultation and assessment.
   
   • Research study design, data collection, data analysis and report
   • Experience with research methods: usability testing, card-sorting, focus groups, field observation, interview, survey, experiment.
3. Technical support and training.
   
   • Examples: Carmen courses, CMS, multimedia software programs, Google tools, MS Office
