Library Resources for Studies in Folklore

This page serves as a finding aid to Folklore resources at the OSU Libraries and beyond. The tabs located directly above will help you identify relevant databases, journals, e-books, websites, and other resources.

Information about Folklore at OSU is available through the Center for Folklore Studies website. You will find there also information about the CFS Archives and Folk Ohio which "represents the holdings of the OSU Center for Folklore Studies Archives . . . and contains a number of different ethnographic fieldwork projects, some of which have been digitized from slides, photographs, tapes, and other media dating to the 1970s. Many of the projects deal with traditional culture found in Ohio."

To locate books related to your topic, search the OSU or OhioLink catalogs. For a general selection of books and other sources, use WorldCat@OSU.

Feel free to contact me for information about resources, to request research assistance, or to schedule a library workshop.
