For Student and Study Groups

Thompson Library:
Students can request a reservation for one of three Thompson Library study rooms (045a, 045b, and 045c). All other group study rooms are available on first-come, first-served basis ONLY. Reservations must be made at the following site:

Biological/Pharmacy Library:
Students can request a group reservation for one of three study rooms for up to 2hours.  Rooms accommodate 4, 6, or 8 people. Please contact the library circulation at 292-1744 for reservation information.

Fine Arts Library:
Students can request a reservation for 021L Wexner Center.  The room would be available Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm and accommodates 18-20 people.  Please contact Gretchen Donelson at 292-6184 for reservation information.

Health Sciences Library:
Students can request a reservation for one of seven study rooms for up to 2 hours.  Six rooms accommodate 6 people and one room accommodates 12 people.  Call the library circulation at 292-4861 for reservations information and visit http://hsl.osu.edu/2862.cfm for policy information.

Law Library:
Study rooms are reserved for current Law students ONLY. Please contact library circulation at 292-3987 for reservation information.

Science & Engineering Library:
Group study rooms are located on the 4th floor of library; all group study rooms are available on first-come, first-served basis ONLY.  Six rooms accommodate 4-6 people and three rooms accommodate 8-10 people.

Veterinary Medicine Library:
A group study room is available on first-come, first-served basis ONLY and accommodates 8 people*.
*Building access on nights and weekends limited to students in Vet Med Program.


For Student Organizations

Thompson and Other Libraries:
Recognized student organizations in good standing with the University may use meeting rooms at no charge for a maximum of 2 hours. Please see the following site rules, available rooms and request form:
