The Ohio State University Korean Collection holds about 5,000 Korean language materials. This includes some 3,300 monographs, 800 serials, 100 audio / visual materials and various art works.

With a recent concentration in the Korean collection, holdings are anticipated to grow in a fast and exciting pace.

The Ohio State University Korean Collection has a particular emphasis on Language and Literature.Other areas of holdings include reference, Philosophy, Psychology, Religion, Geogrophy, Anthropology, Recreation, Social Sciences, Fine Arts and Agriculture.

  • Korean Study of Confucian Classics
    • Offers collections of Korean texts on the study of Confucian classics.
  • The National Library of Korea
    • As a national representative library, it has a collection of 6 million volumes. It houses Korean literature that has been comprehensively and systematically collected and preserved.

    • A governmental organization responsible for investigating, collecting, and compiling historical materials.
  • Korean Film Archive
    • The Korean Film Archive is the sole national-level organization that collects and preserves moving image materials.
