Thompson Library Makes Getting Across Campus Easier
June 19th, 2009
Now when you’re going from central campus to west campus (or vice versa), you won’t have to walk around the Thompson Library. You can walk straight through it.
The renovated Library now has two “main” entrances–the traditional entrance on the Oval, and a second one on the Neil Avenue side of the building. Now you can come in either entrance and walk straight through the center of the Thompson Library to the other side of the campus. This new indoor path shortens the walk between the campuses and gets you out of the weather on cold and rainy days.
While you’re walking through, you can grab some food at the Berry Cafe and check out some of the Libraries’ exhibitions and special collections.
