Gerry Greenberg, University Libraries, read a selection on Satchel Paige from The Fireside Book of Baseball. Eboni Francis, University Libraries, engaged the audience in a participatory reading of Say hey: a song of Willie Mays.

Rick Brown, editor of Naked Sunfish and fellow contributors to the popular e magazine including avant-garde poet Dr. John Bennett, and Marilou Suszko, featured author at this year’s Ohioana Book Festival, shared spontaneous and sporadic highlights from their own work. Yvonne Brown joined Rick on the musical selections.
