Procedures for Activating OSUL Accounts for Metro H.S. Students

NOTE: Metro High School Students should have access to the OSUL system. HOWEVER, if for some reason they do not, here is what to do:

Deidra Herring (e-mail: herring.44@osu.edu) is the liaison and sponsor working with OIT to create accounts for students not in the OSUL system. You will need to submit to her the following in an Excel Spreedsheet:

• A list of students’ full names
• A non-OSU.EDU email address (@themetroschool.org)
• Provide the length of time the accounts are needed (not to exceed a year). NOTE: Accounts are issued one year at a time.
• Metro teachers who are NOT affiliated with OSU should be included in the list with students
• Metro teachers who ARE affiliated with OSU can be re-activated by OIT
