Manga blog in Belgium
I found a manga blog at K.U.Leuven that is run by Hans Coppens (K.U.Leuven Japanese studies sysadmin, webmaster, ICT-projects coordinator, researcher, teacher) as part of a Japanese studies blog. The blog has an academic slant, including lists of manga-related articles in IJOCA and the Journal of Japanese Studies.
