We’re moving back into the new Thompson Library and getting ready to reopen the renovated library on August 3. In the meantime, here’s what you need to know about changing library services:

*Circulating books are now being moved from the Ackerman and Business Libraries into Thompson. Those books can still be requested online, by selecting either a “library pickup” location or the “My Office” delivery option.

*When choosing a library pickup location, the Business Library is no longer an option; Ackerman will remain a pickup location until June 8.

*After most materials are moved out of Ackerman and Business libraries, those locations will be closed. The Business Library will close on June 11; Ackerman Library will close to the public on June 19. These libraries will be removed as pickup locations prior to their closing. Patrons are encouraged to use either the Sullivant or the Science and Engineering Library this summer until Thompson reopens.

Please be gentle with the Libraries’ staff, since it does take extra time during the move to find the book you need and deliver it for you.

The special collection of Rare Books & Manuscripts, the Hilandar Research Library, and the Library of the Theatre Research Institute are being moving into the Thompson Library through August 30. Curators will not be able to host on-site visitors during this time. Contact the appropriate curator for more information.
