Knowledge Bank: Top Downloads for April 2014
Patron Load: Updated the way it gathers certain appointment information for an individual. Also updated semester, and expiration dates.
Room Reservation: Fixed a bug that was displaying the incorrect start/end time in the 3 and 5 day view.
By popular demand, we will be adding an alphabetic filtering option to the new Staff Directory tonight at 5:00 pm, so you can easily jump to last names beginning with a specific character. You will also be able to filter within search results.
Thanks to our new developer, Sarah Reid, for adding these features.

The Knowledge Bank is scheduled for regular maintenance on Sunday, April 20th, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. During this time, users will not be able to register, login, or submit content.
An issue with proxying to OCIO web hosting was reported at 8:30 am yesterday. We resolved the problem by 11:30 am. Thanks for your patience.

Some changes designed to improve usability for Catalog Support requests have been made.
Known Problems in HUB
This feature adds Known Issues to the HUB interface from several other projects. This was piloted by the ILS team during the Sierra Migration.
Blog Description
This is a fix to our Gee WordPress theme, which allows blog admins to change the description of their blog from ‘University Libraries Blogs’ to something more customized from their WP console.
- Update to WordPress 3.6.1
- Some field changes for the eResource Problem Alert form in HUB
- Hot-fix: require unique location codes for the HOURS database
- Several batch loads for the Knowledge Bank
- A code change for the Knowledge Bank to improve performance of large Community navigation
