After the latest Project Prioritization Process (P3) discussion, the Information Technology team has put together the following plan for 2015Q1 (January-March). We’ve listed each Project that was selected for us to work on for the coming quarter, a Description of the Project as a whole, and the Release Goals, i.e. the work that we hope to accomplish on each project during 2015Q1.
