The Ohio State University Graduate School, the Ohio State University Libraries, and OhioLINK are providing the opportunity for theses and dissertations to be submitted and archived in electronic format instead of the traditional print and mircroform copies. This page is a collection of links to provide information to faculty and students considering this format.
Assitance with Converting to PDF
Visit a campus computer lab or contact Danny Dotson at dotson.77@osu.edu for assistnce with converting your thesis or dissertation to PDF - or try this handout. You will need Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional to convert to PDF and to use advanced editing features. Adobe Acrobat Reader will not convert to PDF.

Information about Submitting Theses and Dissertations from the Graduate School
OhioLINK Electronic Theses and Dissertations Center
OhioLINK web site hosts the ETDs created at OSU as well as other Ohio universities. You can browse other dissertations already submitted.
Submission Form - This is the form you must complete in order to submit your electronic thesis or dissertation to the OhioLINK Center and the OSU Graduate School.
OSCAR and the catalog record of your ETD - once your ETD is approved by the Graduate School, the Cataloging Department of OSU Libraries will catalog your ETD using information from the submission form you complete at the beginning. There will be a link from OSCAR to your ETD.
