OSU Faculty/Staff

Ohio State University Faculty/Staff may reserve select rooms for a maximum of 1 hour at no charge if the meeting meets the following criteria:

  • Rooms can be reserved on a first come first serve basis.
  • Rooms can be booked for a maximum of one (1) hour per occurrence.
  • No standing meetings will be permitted, (ex. Weekly/Monthly meeting with the same attendees). 
  • Limit of attendees of 18 or less.
  • Meetings must be associated with OSU activities.
  • Reservations must be made at least one week in advance. 

All other meetings will be expected to pay rental fees.  No exeptions will be made.
