Program Goals

The Student Assistant Training Program is designed to:

  • Put students first by investing in their development rather than just providing a paycheck.
  • Make the Libraries even more of a "learning place."
  • Increase our student employees' ability to deliver quality customer service.
  • Help our student employees better represent the Libraries.
  • Help our student employees conduct better research while at Ohio State.
  • Teach our student employees how to inform their decisions for the rest of their lives.
