If you are looking for reference and research help:

• Call us:  292-OSUL (6785):  If we can answer your question within five minutes or less, we will.  If we can't, we'll refer you to the appropriate OSU Libraries' subject librarian.
• Talk to us in person:  This can be the most effective and efficient way to get an answer to your question.  The more information you can share with us about your project or assignment, the better we can help you.  Reference desks can be found at the Thompson and Science & Engineering libraries.  See the list of hours for all OSU libraries; hours are different at each location.  You can also make an appointment with a library staff member before you come.
• Chat with us:  Use Instant Messaging to send a text message to a library employee.  If we can't answer your question within five minutes, we will refer you to a subject librarian for help.
• Email us:  We attempt to answer all email questions within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.  If we can't answer the question within two days, we'll let you know.
