Member Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first level of trouble shooting for problems in their units
  • Bring special skills, i.e. languages, to the Information Technology Division
  • Clarify to all library personnel the issues facing the Information Technology Division
  • Promote computer literacy
  • Remind Information Technology personnel of the issues facing other Libraries' personnel
  • The group serves as a mutual information dissemination forum for the liaisons and the Information Technology Division
